Refunds are not permitted, if you are having issues accessing the site or members areas, please e-mail Admin@misskiki69.com. stating your username and problem. Our admins will get back to you within 24 hours to rectify your problem. If we are unable to rectify your problem your membership may (at our discretion) be refunded on a pro rata basic using the date of your membership start and reciept of your original email to the admin team.
Cancelling your membership will allow you to access the members area until your membership expires. Once your membership has expired you will not be rebilled.
To Cancel your membership please contact admin@misskiki69.com. You will then be provided with further steps to follow. No refunds will be given and your membership will expire on your next billing date. A minimum of 7 days is required for cancellations.
